This will be the official application form of the 12th International Youth Day Celebration
and  Conference in Iloilo, Philippines.

Conference participants will be OPEN in a manner that ensures accessibility

for all with any educational levels, while providing for a high level of geographic diversity.

Registration

Registration fee includes food and accommodation, conference kits, conference t-shirt, transportation from and to the conference venue during the five-day conference. However, air fare shall be shouldered by the participants or by their agency/institution. For local participants a registration fee of Php 6000.00 shall be collected for the 5-day conference and $250.00 for international delegates. We are also providing discounts for early bird registrants.

Checks should be made payable to the United Nations Association of the Philippines, or payments deposited at the Bank of Philippine Islands (BPI) with Account No. 3063-5932-13.

REMINDER:
        In case you are unable to attend the Conference, request for cancellation or substitution must be received in writing to UNAP via email or fax at least 30 days prior to the start of the Conference. Request for cancellation for less than 30 days before the Conference will not be refundable.
